Yes. We believe in fostering a positive and long standing relationship with our clients and will continue to offer support whenever it is needed. We will never charge for simple clarification or answers to your questions. If additional support over and above telephone queries or questions is required this can be provided under our Appointed Safety Advisor Service (ASAS) scheme.
Do we offer discounts?
No. Our practice prides itself on the quality of service it provides at a competitive and reasonable rate. We would never contemplate offering a lesser service at a discounted rate.
What cost implications are involved in travel to our location?
Clearly there are cost implications in all travel. However, we factor in any costs to our firm quotation for work to be undertaken. Unless otherwise stated your first consultation visit will be free of charge. Our charges will always remain competitive. There will be no hidden charges!
Can you provide us with a quotation over the telephone?
Normally we can provide you with an estimate of costs following your inquiry. In order to provide you with the most current, concise, and relevant service we would normally need to attend your location for particular discussion and observation, following which we would offer our firm quotation in writing.
We are a small company - do you support small organisations?
