We are a well established Health and Safety & Environmental practice, providing solutions and services to a wide and varied range of industries and establishments. Our clients include power generating, gas, petro-chemical, construction, healthcare, logistics, transport, mechanical, electrical, civil and marine engineering companies. In addition, we have carried out commissions for legal, financial, educational, architectural, hospital, medical, healthcare and other service industries & professions. No matter how large or how small your company is we can assist you to full compliance. Our varied portfolio of clients is testimony to our ability to undertake commissions throughout the UK and Eire. The practice is headed up by our principal consultant John Mc Guinness who after a long career at sea, and ashore with the world’s two largest oil companies consolidated his “hands on” experience with academic qualifications including a Masters Degree in Health and Safety Law and Environmental Law, NTU Diploma in Safety, Health and Environmental Management, NEBOSH and other professional qualifications. In addition, John carries out our CDM commissions and is a member of the Association for Project Safety (APS). He also oversees the work of other consultants thus ensuring our quality standards are maintained for the benefit of our clients. We do not employ consultants who cannot meet the requirement for the higher grade of membership of the Chartered Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. Our consultants are all “hands on” meaning that they have progressed through their respective industry over many years. Such practical exposure (coupled with at least 5 years PQE in Health and Safety) has provided each consultant with an acute awareness of the often complex safety issues found in the workplace.
